Whether you have a new listing or one that has been on the market for awhile and needs a refresh, I can help highlight the positives and camouflage the negatives to increase marketability. Occupied stagings do not require bringing in furniture and costs a fraction of the price of a vacant. Most sellers have everything they need to set the stage except the vision to put it all together.

This service includes:

  • Initial preview and plan of action.

  • Restyle of home interior using owner’s furnishings and accessories.

  • Strategic placement of owner’s furniture and accessories creating proper flow and highlighting the property features.

  • Declutter, organize and depersonalize home creating a clean and streamlined place.

  • Package unused/unwanted items for storage or donation.

  • Make recommendations for homeowner to implement such as repairs, paint, choosing colors, sharing resources, etc.

  • Assist with preparing the home for photography.

    *We do not do vacant staging or rent furnishings and decor but we can shop for and add on staging enhancements at owner’s expense.

Interior Redesigng Staging to Live

Staging to Live is the art of utilizing the furnishings and decorative accessories you already have to enhance your home, or maybe just a room in your home, by editing, reorganizing, and repurposing to create an updated warm, inviting and stress-free environment. This service is for someone who does not want to move but is just looking for a vibrant new look. If you are someone who wants to enjoy their home again, or just needs a change and wants some fresh ideas to make your home feel great for everyday living, I get very creative working with furnishings that you already own. I can also provide personal shopping services to add the perfect finishing touches if needed. Fall in love with your home again!

This service includes:

  • Solutions for common problems such as poor use of space, dated color palette, tired flooring, lighting fixtures, window treatments, etc.

  • Repurposing, editing, rearranging or even replacing some existing furnishings and accessories

Home Organizing & Decluttering

Are you feeling too overwhelmed by your clutter that you don’t even know where to start? It’s easy to accumulate years of stuff, kid’s toys that they don’t even play with anymore or maybe you are just being haunted by the giant pile of mismatched containers in your cupboard. Clutter creates chaos and life leaves little time for organizing. Lucky for you, I am obsessed with taming clutter!

My home organization process goes like this:

  • In home consultation - I will meet you in your home to understand your space and lifestyle. I will take pictures and measurements to help tailor our organizing strategy to your exact needs and style.

  • Declutter, sort and purge - Together we will identify the clutter, separate it into keep, purge, and donate piles. Once we’ve got that sorted, we’ll deal with the discard and recycling, as well as organizing what to take to your favorite local charity or consignment shop.

  • Organize & Containerize

    I help you organize what's left! I will source the perfect storage containers and organizing units tailored for your space and send it to you for approval. Once these items are delivered, I then categorize and strategically place your items in their new spaces to graciously combine aesthetics and functionality.

  • Now you get to enjoy your newly organized space!
